About this module
This course has been designed to help healthcare professionals better understand burnout, recognise early warning signs, and develop practical, personalised strategies to support both personal and professional wellbeing. Through self-paced online modules and workbook-based activities, you will be guided to explore the factors that contribute to burnout, clarify what matters most to you, and build a realistic plan for prevention and recovery.
Because some of the content may feel reflective or emotionally demanding, we encourage you to complete the course in smaller chunks over time rather than all at once. Taking your time can support deeper reflection and make it easier to engage meaningfully with the material and workbook activities. You can pick up where you left off at any time.
Each module will take approximately 20–30 minutes to complete, with additional time for workbook activities.
