How to navigate

Identify the program you wish to focus on:
- Cervical screening
- Bowel cancer screening
- Breast cancer screening
Step 1. Complete the practice assessment activity and reflection.
Step 2. To complete the mini-audit, for the next 10 patients in the target age range you see in your practice, check screening history for your chosen stream.
Step 3. Record your data in the data collection template. When you finish your data collection, please upload the completed template and answer the reflection questions that follow.
