About this module
This education module has been created to assist care finders to navigate the housing and homelessness sectors and identify resources and opportunities to support the needs of their clients. This service is supported by funding from Country SA PHN through the Australian Government’s PHN Program.
This course will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
Learning outcomes
At the completion of this module, you will
1. Identify and navigate homelessness sector services in the context of supporting vulnerable clients.
2. Engage with the housing sector to identify housing opportunities, eligibility criteria, and support application processes for clients.
3. Engage and maintain relationships with clients to deliver timely, efficient, and relevant support.
4. Identify options for ongoing client support.
